Apparently yes, there are tax incentives for foreigners working remotely in the Philippines. The government offers a special visa called the Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV) which provides tax incentives for foreigners who wish to retire in the Philippines or work remotely for foreign companies. Depending on the type of SRRV issued, the visa holder may be exempt from variety of taxes on retirement benefits. However, it is important to consult with a tax professional or a government agency to determine your eligibility and the specific tax incentives available to you.

To add some information, Senate Bill No. 1706, or the Tax Incentives for Individuals on a Work-from-Home or Telecommuting Program, seeks a tax deduction of P25 for every hour of work rendered by a WFH employee.
