• Have you ever broken your body clock? Any tips to fix it?

    I am currently awake at night and sleep at daytime. As you can see the time of posting its 4:28am, can you help me re-arrange my sleeping schedule. Appreciate it :>

    Stay up and Tire yourself out and sleep at the right time, u can do this gradually
