Minimize distractions: Minimize distractions by turning off notifications on your phone or other devices, closing unnecessary browser tabs, and using noise-cancelling headphones if necessary.
-
Yes! Closing unnecessary browser tabs that are not related to your work helps a lot and prevents you from distractions especially when you really need to focus on your task.

Motivate and reward yourself for all the things you accomplished on that day. Anything will do to make yourself happy. APPRECIATE all the things that happen to you, good or bad, because things happen for a reason.
Also, don’t forget to play music while working, it helps a lot 😉

I couldn’t agree more! Rewarding yourself even if it’s just a small one (like buying your fave food) after a long day really feels good. Even after a bad day, rewarding yourself can also help as long as you see and take what happened as a learning experience.
And yes, playing some music helps me keep on track! ☺

I agree with everything you said. But personally, I put on a mindset. It’s important for me to set up my mind. I convince myself that what I’m doing will result to personal development and growth. And then I talk to my colleagues when I encounter a problem, or simply for advice. Lastly, I listen to uplifting music to boost my mood, and stimulate my braincells, especially at “siesta” hours. Hahaha

Right, setting up your mindset is important too! May I know some tips on how you maintain that kind of mindset?
