I usually just take regular breaks, do some stretches and after work, I do activities that don’t require technology or using any kind of device.

    As for Chat GPT
Back pain and eye strain are definitely common issues for people who work remotely, especially if you’re sitting at a desk for long periods of time. Here are a few tips to help prevent these problems:

    1. Take breaks: Make sure to take regular breaks throughout the day to stretch your muscles and give your eyes a rest. Even just getting up and walking around for a few minutes can help.

    2. Use ergonomic furniture: Invest in a comfortable chair and desk that are ergonomically designed to support your posture and reduce strain on your back and neck.

    3. Adjust your monitor: Make sure your monitor is at the right height and distance from your eyes to reduce strain. The top of the screen should be at or slightly below eye level, and the screen should be about an arm’s length away from your face.

    4. Practice good posture: Sit up straight with your feet flat on the ground and your shoulders relaxed. Avoid slouching or hunching over your computer.

    5. Use blue light filters: If you’re working on a computer for long periods of time, consider using blue light filters or glasses to reduce eye strain and fatigue.

Ensure your workspace is well-lit to reduce eye strain. Natural light is best, but if that’s not possible, use adjustable lighting to avoid glare on your screen.

I usually take a short break from a long work to do some little exercise that can help me to maintain my focus and to avoid on getting back pain or eye strain.

Working remotely has become increasingly common, and with this new work arrangement comes the risk of developing back pain and eye strain. To prevent these issues, it is crucial to prioritize ergonomics. Firstly, ensure that the workstation setup is appropriate, with a supportive chair and a desk at the right height. Additionally, taking regular breaks to stretch and move around helps relieve tension in the back and eyes. It is also essential to follow the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, shift focus to an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds to reduce eye strain. By incorporating these practices into our remote work routine, we can safeguard our well-being and maintain a productive and comfortable work environment.
