    Yo, music therapy is great for mental health. It can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Music is awesome for healing and expressing yourself. It can help you deal with your feelings and connect with people. Yo, there are tons of ways to use music for therapy like jamming out on instruments, singing your heart out, or just vibing to some tunes. Music therapy is super powerful and can really help improve your mental health and make you feel good.

    I would listen to musical jazz albums, it brings me peace and helps me to relax everytime.

    Music did help me to get through all of my personal problems, lalo na nung time ng pandemic, Eminem’s music really helped me to just do what i gotta do and never give up
