I just stumbled upon this forum post and wanted to share that I first heard about ChatGPT a few months ago from a friend who recommended it to me. At first, I was skeptical about how well it would work, but after using it for a while, I’m really impressed with its capabilities!

The first time I heard about ChatGPT is when our program chair asked us, the department’s officers, about our opinions and sent us the link. I explored it, learned how it works, and the first thing that came to my mind was this AI could be really helpful in the future.

I discovered ChatGPT through my friend when he’s doing his schoolworks. And at first I thought it’s just another gimmick and not consistent but when I tried it myself it is somehow useful. But I don’t recommend it that you rely on the tool 100%.
