Procedure of the HR Portal [Step-by-Step Process]
- Identify Your Concern or Request: Determine the nature of your concern or request (e.g., leave application, complaint, suggestion, query about HR policies, etc.).
- Access the HR Portal: Navigate to the company’s HR portal.
- Submit Your Request/Concern:
- Option 1: Using the form
- Go to the “Submit a Request or Concern” section.
- Fill out all necessary fields in the form, including Name, Email, Phone Number, and Message.
- Click the “Submit” button to send your request to the HR team.
- Option 2: Using the AI Widget
- Click on the AI widget icon available on the portal.
- Type your query or request in the chat window.
- The AI will attempt to answer your query. If it cannot provide a satisfactory answer, it will automatically escalate your message to the HR team.
- Request to talk to a live agent from the AI if you wish to speak urgently.
- You will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your request.
- The HR team will review your submitted request/concern within 1-2 business days.
- For straightforward queries or requests, the HR team will provide a resolution via email.
- For more complex issues, HR may reach out to you for additional information or schedule a meeting to discuss further.
