I like this idea! I think this will be very motivating. However, I would just like to add that it’s also important to note that gamification should be used in moderation and with careful consideration. If it’s overused or implemented poorly, it can actually have the opposite effect and lead to decreased motivation and engagement.

This is a nice thing to implement, I have seen things like this in my LMS before, we were given badges for finishing the assignment before the due date, we have leaderboards in major exams and achievements for looking for some hidden things. Integrating this to workplaces can help employees and employers a fun time at work and establish a good connection for a nice workflow.
