    Zappos approach is prone to abuse by customers who know how to exploit this. But the thought of what Zappos do is very beneficial for customer experience and customer service for better relations within the two parties

    It’s a great customer service for the client and it’s extremely useful for business, but I believe they should supply a quality product so the consumer is satisfied and abusive customer complaints are reduced.
