An ideal customer should have a need or desire for the products or services offered by the business. They should also fit with the business’s values and target audience.

Customers who are easy to work with, loyal, provide positive reviews to help attract new customers, and are willing to pay a fair price for the product or service.

An ideal customer for me is someone who also have been a CSR because they would know what to do and what you feel when dealing with them. Even as a bonus, they can evaluate you and give you valuable lessons
