I think No, ChatGPT can’t create programs; it excels at generating text patterns but lacks the capability to execute code.

Absolutely! With the right prompts and detailed instructions, ChatGPT can definitely help generate code for various programs.

As a senior BSIT student who relied on ChatGPT for our capstone project, I can attest to its ability to assist in programming tasks. However, it’s essential to understand that creating a fully functional program may require series of prompts, debugging sessions, and careful refinement.

While ChatGPT can be a valuable tool in program development, it’s important to manage expectations and be patient throughout the process.

ChatGPT itself cannot create its own program as it is a language model designed for text generation based on the input it receives. It doesn’t have the capability to execute code or create software programs on its own.
