I evaluate the customer service of businesses in terms of their responsiveness to how they handle and respond to every concern, not just mine, but of others as well. I also consider their level of professionalism in their field of work, how they treat everyone equally, and show respect to the customers. Lastly, I consider the level of satisfaction I experience with their service.
