    Active listening, empathy, and calmness help me handle challenging consumers. I attempt to calm down and resolve the problem by recognizing their concerns, giving solutions, and being professional.

    Take a deep breath and maintain a professional demeanor. Responding with anger or frustration will only escalate the situation.
