How can employers ensure remote workers feel included and part of the team?
Posted by Yna on March 9, 2023 at 1:06 amOther than regular communication and checking how they are doing, it is also important to motivate them and create a positive environment (whether it’s online or on-site).
But we should also keep in mind that we, too, are responsible and have the power to motivate and discipline ourselves as long as we are persistent to reach our own goals.
Additional tip: We can take our work/tasks as a ladder to reach our goals and become a better version of ourselves!
