Ah, working from home can be a challenge, but here’s how I do it: I make sure to stretch and take breaks to move around physically, and I give myself time for hobbies, connecting with friends, and practicing self-care to stay mentally balanced.

Stretching is one of the best thing to do before you start your work.

Just doing some light exercise and jamming to some good tunes to get my energy up while I work.

Taking regular breaks from long stretches of work taking a short break to move around or doing some exercise to relax that can help prevent mental and physical fatigue.

To take care of yourself physically and mentally while working from home, it’s important to establish a routine, prioritize regular exercise, maintain a healthy diet, set boundaries between work and personal life, and practice self-care activities such as meditation or hobbies.

I make sure to sit comfortably, have my water bottle beside me and some snacks. After work I do some stretching
