    Have you ever encountered these types of customers who are just unreasonable and annoying to deal with? If yes, what did you do to deal with them? If no, then good, Genuinely wish you never encounter one.

    Note: Karen is a slang term decided by the people of the internet to use on people who generally throw a fit of rage when a slight inconvenience comes their way and too prideful to compromise. TL;DR It is a internet slang term and not directed to every person named Karen.

    I’ve seen these types of customers on the web, It is really hard to watch those “Karens” have to go through so much to ruin other people’s day. I agree with you, these Karens don’t want a little bit of inconvenience they all want to be treated as royalty.

    Oh man, I’ve def come across some “Karens” before. The best way I’ve found to deal with ’em is just to stay cool, be patient, and try to find some common ground to make them chill a bit. 😉

    In this type of case where a customer becomes abusive or threatening (Karen), it may be better to directly report it to a higher authority. However, it is an achievement if you succeed to defuse this type of case.

    I have never encountered a “Karen” before, but I think you must stay calm and professional to handle the situation.

    Dealing with “Karen” is difficult. You have no choice but to remain calm and professional. Simply listen attentively, sympathize, and create a solution to solve issues.
