    Listening, recognizing feelings, and responding with kindness are all ways to show empathy in customer service. having empathy, caring, and being able to see things from the customer’s point of view. Empathy in customer service means offering customized answers, being patient, and following up to make sure the customer is happy.

    Choose your words carefully and use language that shows empathy and understanding. Express your concern, apologize for any inconvenience caused, and assure the customer that you are committed to resolving their issue.
