When faced with an unusual request, it’s important to take the time to understand the user’s needs and perspective. I would empathize with them and understand their needs. From there, I would work with them to find a solution that addresses their concern. Throughout the process, it’s important to maintain open and clear communication with the user. By understanding their perspective and working with them to find a solution, we can create a positive user experience and build a stronger relationship with our users.
