customer service is part of customer experience, but customer experience goes beyond direct consumer-company engagement. knowing the distinction allows firms to establish strategies for providing great, memorable client experiences that go beyond just addressing concerns or answering queries. companies may boost client retention and brand loyalty by improving the complete customer journey
