  ChatGPT has been primarily trained on English language data, but I think it can also process and generate text in other languages

  According to ChatGPT it is capable of processing and generating text in many different languages, including but not limited to English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Arabic, and Russian. It can also process and understand various dialects within these languages.
