    1. Active Listening, Pay close attention to what customers are saying, whether it’s through direct communication, surveys, or social media. Listen without interrupting and show that you’re fully engaged in understanding their perspective.

    2. Customer Feedback, Regularly collect and analyze customer feedback through various channels, including surveys, reviews, and social media. Act on the feedback received, demonstrating that customer input is valued and leads to improvements.
